What do we do?
EST Connect provides high-quality lead generation, sales consulting and pipeline building services to medium-sized Australian businesses. We pride ourselves on our skill and professionalism, working with our clients to achieve their long term goals. Our sales departments provide resources typically only available to larger corporations, without the corporate-level price tag.
We specialise in filling our clients’ sales pipeline, while also working with them to ensure they are converting their leads into sales. Once the initial setup process is complete, automation and clear standards ensure the incoming lead process operates on your behalf. A few key graphs are all you need to keep on top of your entire sales department – no matter how big or small it is.
For us it’s about doing what we do well, so our clients can do the same. For our clients it’s about partnering with the right firm, so they can grow their business instead of worrying about how. Business Development isn’t hard, but it does have to be done right – and that relies on making good connections with prospects, activity and data. How do we do it?
1 – Targeting.
Deciding who to target is the always the first step in a sales or marketing campaign. We find it helps to begin with the end in mind: who is your ideal customer?
2 – Needs Analysis.
How do you identify your prospects’ need? Each prospect is identified by their need relative to your company’s products, so understanding this stage is a large part of success.
3 – Prospecting.
Once proper targets have been set, the right type of activity is very important. Each customer type may choose to interact with your business in a different manner.

4 – Measurement.
We provide consultation to our clients to help turn prospects into customers, and help build their business further through effective strategies. You can’t manage it if you don’t measure it!.
A short profile on our director.
Eddie has been working in marketing since the early 2000s. After studying a combined Bachelor of Business (Innovation and Entrepreneurship) and Bachelor of Arts before the end of the decade, Eddie started a business in IT service & training for home users.
Adding a Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering – the realisation of a long-time goal – he began to support a greater range of systems and branch out into business IT. He then went on to build and support business phone systems for some very large contact centres.
After finally deciding he liked working with people more than machines, Eddie started EST with the Marketing brand in 2013. Following the addition of cloud infrastructure and pipeline consulting services, the business was re-branded as EST Connect in 2018.
When not working on customer campaigns or building new cloud infrastructure, you can find him watching Formula 1 motor racing, or moonlighting as an IT guru.
